The hotel is fully equipped and excellent modern with very attentive personnel from the front desk clerks to the housekeepers. Well-kept and nicely furnished rooms complete with TV, Xboxes, a sofa sleeper. A nice touch is also the complimentary beverages in the outdoor bar.

The hotel is well priced with best staff from the front desk staff to management.

Thoroughly enjoyed this ideal hotel with decent staff from the night shift. The room was well-appointed and the views of the NYC skyline were magnificent! The breakfast was tasty with a wide range of fine food. Had very central location to the tri-state area. Nothing too much trouble, the venue met the needs.

Possibly the best and really enjoyable stay for an NYC vacation. Lots of great food. Easy, magnificent location near subway very good. Based just next door to mid and downtown Manhattan, as well as JFK airport and Queens and Dunkin Donuts down the road instead.

The restaurant was NICE with very efficient staff, I tried simple dishes. I had a comfy bed, a microwave and a refrigerator. Perfect and exceptionally nice location, the hotel was next to a metro station.

In overall, the place is wonderful, has extremely helpful and caring staff from the night shift. The breakfast is savoury and free and bread, cereal, and biscuits are fab. The location is perfect and nice in a secure area, not far from stores and transportation, a metro station and the major sights.

The units were cheap and the staff were really good people from the night shift. The location was great and easy, to the subway easy, convenient to go everywhere. Besides, it was just off metro stations to Manhattan, manhattan, brooklyn and Q trains. Appreciated their warm drinks, served in the outdoor bar.

The food is fab with lots of options, including bread, cereal and biscuits.

The hotel is clean, has views of the skyline. The rooms are updated and cheap, and are complete with the Xbox as well as a full kitchen. Thank you, so we would go back in flash.

Spacious rooms, even the sofa bed was comfortable. Fantastic staff, accommodating and helpful. Convenient location, close to subway station and short distance to Manhattan. Good breakfast options. Grocery store and pub nearby.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The best aspects were the cleanliness, hotel facilities, transportation, and the friendly staff. The room was very comfortable, clean, and spacious, equipped with a kitchenette which was a huge asset. The hotel is conveniently located just two blocks away from the subway station, making it easy to travel to various parts of the city, including Times Square and Manhattan. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options, from waffles to fruit to yogurt. The staff went above and beyond to offer help, and the overall service was top-notch.
